Borderlands 3 update adds new content, increases bank space, more
Gearbox Software has delivered the November update for Borderlands 3 that includes new content, quality-of-life improvements, and more.
Starting with the new content. Following the update, players will be able to take on Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite, new endgame content designed for four players. This high-level content requires players to have completed the main campaign and disables respawns.
Also arriving is a new level of Mayhem Mode called Mayhem 4. This new level increases enemy health, increases the loot drop chances, and adds new legendary weapons and class mods. In addition, slight changes have been made to the modifier system in Mayhem 4 that make it so only one positive modifier is rolled for players and one for enemies.
As well as the above new content, players can now get a maximum of 300 bank spaces, a target dummy of Handsome Jack has been added to the shooting range, and extra vending machines have been dotted around various worlds.
Finally, the November update makes a number of balance changes to characters, including an increase in the damage per level of Moze’s Iron Bear, a damage scale increase for Zane’s SNTL, and added pet damage for FL4K.
