Borderlands 3 trailer introduces us to Zane
2K and Gearbox Software have released a new trailer for Borderlands 3 that focuses on Zane, one of the four playable Vault Hunters in the game.
Zane the Operative is a semi-retired corporate hitman and Borderlands 3’s resident tech expert. He has the ability to sacrifice his grenade slot to equip two action skills and has access to the Doubled Agent, Hitman, and Under Cover skill trees.
The Doubled Agent skill tree lets Zane summon a Digi-Clone of himself that can draw enemy fire and help him take down his opponents. While the Hitman tree offers bonuses when enemies are killed and grants access to the SNTNL, a hovering drone that fires at enemies. Finally, the Under Cover tree lets Zane summon a barrier that blocks enemy fire and increases gun damage when fired through. More information about Zane’s abilities can be found here.
