Borderlands 3 hotfix makes gear adjustments, begins Supercharged Crystals event
A new hotfix is now available for Borderlands 3 that kicks off a new mini-event and makes changes gear.
From now through January 21st, the Supercharged Crystals mini-event will be running. During this event, moving off the platform in Takedown at the Guardian Breach will not reduce the charge on the crystals. As the crystals do not lose charge, players cannot wipe during the charge-up sequence, making the mode easier to complete.
Additionally, changes have been made to several weapons, including an increase in weapon damage, magazine size, fire rate, and projectile speed of the D.N.A. The Ripper, SF Force, and Malak’s Bane have also received weapon damage increases. Check out the full list of changes below:
Techspert Operative Class Mod
- Increased the chance on kill to recharge SNTNL Cooldown and Duration from 15% to 35%
D.N.A.
- Increased Weapon Damage, Magazine Size, Fire Rate, and Projectile Speed
- Decreased Reload Time
Ripper
- Increased weapon damage
SF Force
- Increased weapon damage
Malak’s Bane
- Increased weapon damage
