Borderlands 3 celebrates its birthday with mini-events and free cosmetics
Gearbox Software has kicked off two mini-events in Borderlands 3 and is giving away some free cosmetics to celebrate the game’s second birthday.
To start, the Loot Monster Mayhem event is back until September 15th at 8:59 a.m. PT. During this event, Loot variant enemies will have an increased spawn rate and the Bekah Assault Rifle and the Earworm Assault Rifle will be available in the loot pool. Additionally, players can get some free legendary items from Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine.
As mentioned above, players can also grab some free cosmetics. Enter the following SHiFT code via the in-game social menu to claim the shared Popsychle Vault Hunter Skin, Pain Freeze Weapon Trinket, and Field Trip ECHO Device Skin: KH5J3-9BSSS-K6WF9-RT3BB-FTBCJ.
That’s not all, as there’s another SHiFT code on offer that will reward players with a Diamond Key once redeemed. The code, which is available until September 27th, is CHC3J-TCHSZ-5XCXH-FTTJJ-JZ55S.
Finally, players still have a few days left to enjoy the Mayhem Made Mild (only easy modifiers in Mayhem Mode) and Show Me the Eridium (increased Eridium drops and discounts) events. Both of these events come to an end on September 16th.
