Birds of Prey event teased for Fortnite
A tweet by the official Fortnite Twitter account has got players excited about a potential crossover event with the upcoming Birds of Prey film.
In response to a Birds of Prey tweet from Warner Bros. Pictures, the official Fortnite account responded with “See you soon Harley!” Warner Bros. Pictures later followed this up with “Can’t wait.”
This isn’t an official confirmation of a Birds of Prey event, but Epic Games did announce last week that it has a two-week event planned for Fortnite to fill the gap before the release of Season 2. The developer revealed last week that the second season of Fortnite Chapter 2 will get underway on February 20th and that there will be “additional Overtime Challenges and a new two-week event” coming before then.
Fortnite’s previous crossover events have included Star Wars, Batman, Borderlands, Stranger Things, Marvel, and more.
