BioShock creator’s new game, Judas, revealed
Ghost Story Games, led by BioShock creator Ken Levine, just revealed its long-awaited new game at the 2022 Game Awards, and it’s looking like a true spiritual successor to that beloved franchise.
In the “single-player, narrative first person shooter” Judas, players take on the role of the titular character who must “make or break alliances with your worst enemies” to escape a disintegrating starship.
Based on the trailer, we’re liking what we see. Judas has a very familiar, caricature-esque art style, distinct character designs, a ton of environmental detail, and what look like gameplay that combines firing guns with using special abilities.
As for when and where we can play it, there’s no release date for Judas yet. However, we do know it’s coming to Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam or the Epic Games Store.
