Battle royale coming to Forza Horizon 4 today
Playground Games has announced that battle royale is coming to Forza Horizon 4 today, December 12th, with the introduction of The Eliminator.
This new free game mode pits 72 players against each other in an arena set in Britain. All players will begin with a low-level car and must hunt for upgrades littered around the map to find faster vehicles.
The aim of the mode is to eliminate opponents by challenging them to one-on-one races, with the loser being removed from the game. Be careful though, as other players on the map can interfere with the race and affect the outcome. Winning a head-to-head will let a player either steal their opponent’s car or upgrade their own.
As the match continues, the arena walls will close in, forcing players closer together “until a final white-knuckle race among the survivors determines the winner.”
Forza Horizon 4 is available now on Xbox One and PC.
