Back 4 Blood: Children of the Worm DLC gets a fresh trailer ahead of its release tomorrow
Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios have shared a launch trailer for Children of the Worm, the second expansion for Back 4 Blood.
The DLC includes the fifth Act of the game’s campaign made up of six chapters in which players must deal with a new adversary known as The Cultists, a group of humans who support the Ridden.
“Recent reports describe an alarming rise of attacks on survivors along the coast of the Kanowa River. While the motivation of attacks remain unknown, these disturbing events share a common thread–assailants ambush unsuspecting groups, dragging away some victims and brutally butchering the rest,” the DLC’s description adds.
To aid players in their fight, a new playable Cleaner named “Prophet” Dan joins the roster. Dan is “a gun toting, self-proclaimed preacher of the end times” who comes equipped with reviving abilities.
In addition to the above, the DLC includes eight exclusive character skins, 12 exclusive weapon skins, and new weapons, accessories, and cards.
Back 4 Blood: Children of the Worm will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC from tomorrow, August 30th.
