Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update will add transmog, new skills, more
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s next major update is scheduled to go live tomorrow, March 16th, Ubisoft has announced.
The update will go live around 5 a.m. PDT and introduce a transmog feature to the game. Following the update, players can change their gear and weapon appearance to look like another within the same category of items at Gunnar’s blacksmith in Ravensthorpe for 50 silver. Items that have been changed will be marked with a star.
Players can also look forward to three new skills: Fearless Leaper, which increases the area of effect of the leap attack; Raven’s Loot, which makes it so the raven gathers loot from targets killed by range attacks; and Loot Food, which increases the chance of looting food from bodies.
The final new addition is the Close Camera option. When toggled in the settings, the camera will zoom in closer during regular gameplay and zoom back out for combat encounters.
This update also adds support for the upcoming Ostara Festival, which will be available in-game from March 18th through April 8th. During the event, players can take part in unique side activities for special rewards. More information will be shared on March 18th.
