Apex Legends Unshackled Event includes the return of Flashpoint
The Unshackled Event will get underway in Apex Legends on April 19th, Respawn Entertainment has announced.
This latest event sees the return of the Flashpoint limited-time mode on Olympus. In this mode, healing items are removed and the only way to heal is through moving “Flashpoint Zones.”
Additionally, there will be two weekly challenges tracks to work through during the event. The first runs from April 19th through April 26th and includes a Badge, Epic Charm, Epic Re-45 skin, and Epic Seer Skin. While the second is available from April 26th until May 3rd and contains a Badge, Rare Apex Pack, Epic Boxing Nessie Holospray, and an Unshackled Pack.
As mentioned above, Unshackled Packs are available that contain 40 event-themed cosmetics, such as the “Machine Language” Crypto, “Bad Bot” Pathfinder, “Quantum Collision” Wraith, and “Slingshot” Valkyrie legendary skins. These items can also be crafted with crafting metals and will be added to the standard Apex Pack pool after the event ends.
Apex Legends is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
