Aliens: Fireteam Elite now supports cross-platform play, Prestige system added
The Season 4 update for Aliens: Fireteam Elite is now available across all platforms.
As part of this update, players on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC can matchmake together in all game modes, including Quick Play, thanks to the addition of cross-platform play support. Players can add players from other platforms by entering the in-game menu and going to Team, Crossplay, and Add Crossplay Friends.
Another big addition for Season 4 is the Prestige system. After reaching level 20 with a Class Kit, players will start to earn experience toward Prestige ranks. Prestige ranks go up to level 100 and every 10 levels players will be rewarded with new outfits, head accessories, nameplates, and weapon colors.
In addition to the above, the Restock Turrets game mode is now available. In this horde mode, players must defend and restock turrets against waves of xenos. Take a look at the full patch notes here.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
