After rumors of a delay, next Nintendo Direct now has date, time
The talk around when we’d be getting our next Nintendo Direct has been hot and heavy for the past week, but Nintendo has now come along to drop the confirmation.
And the date for that Direct is… tomorrow, September 13th! The festivities will kick off at 7AM Pacific, 10AM Eastern for those of us here in the States. According to Nintendo, the livestream will feature “roughly 40 minutes of information mostly focused on Nintendo Switch games launching this winter.”
If you want to make sure you’re all ready to go once it’s live, the Nintendo Direct will be watchable here.
The big question now is what Nintendo (and third parties) will have for Switch owners this holiday season. The ports of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker and Twilight Princess that were recently rumored? The long-awaited re-release of Metroid Prime that’s supposedly been done for some time now? A shadow drop for the Breath of the Wild sequel? The full reveal of the Switch Pro?
That list clearly goes from “quite possible” to “not a chance in hell,” but I’ll let you decide in which direction I mean.
