A new Kirby multiplayer game is coming to Switch this summer

Nintendo has announced a new Kirby game that lets up to four players roll, Monkey Ball–style, through dessert-themed obstacle courses, and it’s launching this summer on the Switch.

Kirby’s Dream Buffet sounds pretty straightforward. You roll through obstacle courses, collect as many strawberries as possible, and thwart your competitors from doing the same. The more you collect, the bigger your Kirby gets, and at the end of each course, whoever has the most strawberries wins.

According to the game’s official page, it appears that Kirby’s Dream Buffet won’t offer any kind of online multiplayer, but it will be exclusive to the eShop, meaning it’s not getting a physical release.
