Control’s The Foundation expansion arrives later this month
Remedy Entertainment has announced that Control’s first major DLC expansion, The Foundation, will launch on March 26th.
According to the developer, the upcoming DLC will delve into the history of the Oldest House as Jesse Faden explores what lies beneath the building. Remedy previously teased that players should “expect things to get weird.”
In the brief teaser trailer below, Jesse is asking about Helen Marshall, who has gone missing. The last time Marshall appears in the game’s main story she mentions that she is going to check on something, but is never seen again after that.
Following The Foundation will be AWE, which will take players to a new area of the Oldest House called the Investigations Sector. The Bureau uses this area to examine Altered World Events. AWE is scheduled to launch in mid-2020.
Control is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
