Detroit: Become Human gets a PC release date
Quantic Dream has announced that Detroit: Become Human will be coming to PC via the Epic Games Store on December 12th.
“Play three distinct androids and see a world at the brink of chaos – perhaps our future – through their eyes. Your very decisions will dramatically alter how the game’s intense, branching narrative plays out,” the game’s description reads. “You will face moral dilemmas and decide who lives or dies. With thousands of choices and dozens of possible endings, how will you affect the future of Detroit and humanity’s destiny?”
The PC version of the game features support for 4K/60 FPS gameplay, a redesigned interface, and support for mouse/keyboard and gamepads.
“Porting the game to PC has been a tremendous challenge, as we wanted players to get the original experience without any compromise. So we entirely redesigned the interface and developed a new engine to offer 4k resolution and high quality rendering on a wide range of PCs,” writer and director David Cage said. “We are glad to welcome more “deviants” into the dystopic world of Detroit, and allow them to discover Quantic Dream’s vision of interactive storytelling.”
Quantic Dreams’ Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls are already available on PC via the Epic Games Store.
