Square Enix’s PAX West lineup includes Final Fantasy VII Remake, Trials of Mana, more
Square Enix has shared its plans for PAX West 2019, which will be held in Washington State Convention Center from August 30th through September 2nd.
The publisher’s booth will include a recreation of the train station and Mako reactor from Final Fantasy VII that contain demo stations for Final Fantasy VII Remake. Other games that Square Enix will be bringing to the show include Final Fantasy VIII Remastered, Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers, Life is Strange 2, Trials of Mana, and Oninaki.
Square Enix will also be hosting a number of events and panels during the event, including a Life is Strange panel on August 30th with the game’s co-creative director and cast and a Life is Strange 2 fan meet and greet with the developers and the co-founders of What’s Good Games. - Life is Strange: Bringing Relatable Characters and Stories to Life – August 30th from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
- Life is Strange 2 Fan Meet and Greet with What’s Good Games – August 30th from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
- Creating Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers – Narrative and Visual Insights – September 1st from 2:30 p.m.
Other activities being run by Square Enix during PAX West include battles against Final Fantasy XIV’s Titania and Ifrit to win prizes, a chance to play Final Fantasy Brave Exvius on a giant touch screen, and daily giveaways.
