PlayStation Store top downloads for October revealed

Sony has revealed the most downloaded PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation VR, and free-to-play titles from the PlayStation Store during the month of October.

On PlayStation 5, the recently released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 sits at the top of the charts in both the U.S./Canada and Europe. Another new release, Gotham Knights, claims second in the U.S./Canada and third in Europe behind FIFA 23.

While on PlayStation 4, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 only managed to take the crown in the U.S./Canada, with FIFA 23 holding onto its spot at the top in Europe.

Finally, Overwatch 2 shot to the top of the Free-to-Play chart on both sides of the Atlantic. Check out the top 10 for each chart below:
