Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is coming to PlayStation in the west
Sega has revealed that it is bringing Phantasy Star Online 2 and Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis to PlayStation 4 in the west on August 31st, 2022.
The original PSO2 was released in the west for Xbox One and PC back in 2020, with its follow-up Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis arriving in June 2021 on the same platforms. New Genesis features a graphical upgrade, open-world environments for up to 32 players, new story content, and more.
Last week, Sega revealed that it will be bringing the new Waker class to PSO2: New Genesis in August. This new addition fights using a combination of three Familiars.
Phantasy Star Online 2 and Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis are available now on Xbox One and PC.
