Dying Light: Definitive Edition announced
Techland has announced that it is bringing an end to the active development of the original Dying Light with the release of the Definitive Edition.
This new version of the game arrives tomorrow, June 9th, on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC and contains the base game and 26 DLCs, including skin bundles and expansion packs. Nintendo Switch owners will have to wait until a later date to get their hands on the Definitive Edition.
All owners of the game’s Platinum Edition can upgrade to the Definitive Edition for free.
“This release marks an important moment in the history of Dying Light. On the one hand, it’s a nod to 7 years of immense love and support for this game; on the other, it’s the grand finale of our adventures in Harran. But let’s see what the future brings,” the developer added. “And don’t worry—we will keep a steady reroll of previous events for you to enjoy.”
Dying Light is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
