Sea of Thieves Season 6 trailer shows off Sea Forts and new Plunder Pass
Rare has shared a new trailer for Sea of Thieves that goes over the new content coming to the game during Season 6.
To start with, Sea Forts make their debut in the game as a brand-new activity. Players will need to battle against the Phantoms in the six Sea Forts that have appeared to locate a key that unlocks a room filled with treasure. The developer notes that Sea Forts are designed for players looking for a quick activity.
Also coming in Season 6 is a new Plunder Pass for players to work through that contains new outfits, ship cosmetics, Ancient Coins, Gold, and more.
Later in the season, a Pirate Legend-exclusive Voyage is on the way that will offer players a new series of challenges each time they play it. More details will be shared at a later date.
Sea of Thieves Season 6 begins March 10th on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
