Verdun’s Christmas Truce event returns
M2H has brought back Verdun‘s Christmas Truce event for the festive period on PC.
From now through January 5th, players can jump into a recreation of the events that took place at Christmas in 1914. Soldiers from both sides of the conflict in World War 1 left the trenches and entered No Man’s Land on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to have joint burial ceremonies, trade prisoners, exchange gifts, and play soccer.
All players need to do is join the Christmas Truce mode from the menu to take part. In this mode, players can throw snowballs, play soccer, listen to carols, and more. Everyone who stays until the end of the round will receive the Christmas Truce medal.
Verdun is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
