Battlefield 2042 pre-load times revealed
The official Battlefield Twitter account has revealed when players who pre-ordered Battlefield 2042 can download the game ahead of its early access launch next week.
Players on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One can start their downloads on November 6th at 12 a.m. PT. PC players can begin downloading it on November 10th at 3 a.m. PT. Finally, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players can download the game at midnight in their local time.
Publisher Electronic Arts also recently announced that Xbox Game Pass and EA Play subscribers will have access to a 10-hour trial of Battlefield 2042, starting on November 12th. Players who have pre-ordered the Gold or Ultimate editions of the game will have unlimited early access on November 12th.
Earlier this week, developer DICE released a new trailer for Battlefield 2042‘s Portal mode, which will let players create and customize their own matches. The trailer showcased the mode’s six recreated maps from classic Battlefield titles, as well as new gameplay. A massive blog post detailing the mode accompanied the trailer.
Battlefield 2042 launches November 19th for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
