Knockout City is getting a PS5 and Xbox Series X/S upgrade
Velan Studios has revealed that it will be releasing a current-gen upgrade for its multiplayer dodgeball game Knockout City next week.
The upgrade will go live on November 2nd and introduces two new graphics options: Performance and Quality. Performance bumps the gameplay up to 120 FPS at 1440p (4K upscaled) on PlayStation 5, 1620p (4K upscaled) on Xbox Series X, and 1080p on Xbox Series S. While Quality runs at 4K/60 FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X and 1440p/60 FPS on Xbox Series S.
In addition to the above upgrades, this update includes improvements to textures, global illumination, light shadows, and more.
All owners of Knockout City on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will get this upgrade for free. This upgrade will also be available free to players using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PlayStation Plus subscribers who claim the game in November.
