Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition officially announced
After numerous leaks, Rockstar has officially unveiled Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition for PC and consoles.
The collection bundles together upgraded versions of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Players can expect “across-the-board upgrades including graphical improvements and modern gameplay enhancements,” according to Rockstar.
More information about Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy will be shared “in the coming weeks.”
Rockstar also teased the release of an “exciting new adventure” for GTA Online that will feature “some well-known contacts and familiar friends” who need help with “expanding their ‘legit business’.” Additionally, GTA Online will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of GTA III with events, clothing, and liveries.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is set to launch later this year on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC through the Rockstar Games Launcher. The collection will also get a mobile release in the first half of 2022.
