Rocket League Season 4 gets underway

The fourth season of Rocket League is now underway on all platforms, Psyonix has announced.

This latest season introduces the Deadeye Canyon Arena and a new Rocket Pass that features the Outlaw Battle-Car as its grand prize. In addition to the Outlaw, the Rocket Pass contains more than 70 tiers of rewards to earn, including the No-Name Topper, Tanker Wheels, Amikoo Decal, and Lava Boost.

There’s also the new Speed Demon and Spring Loaded limited-time modes. The former arrives on August 19th and combines mutators with the speed of the Boomer Ball and demos on contact, while the latter is a variation of Rumble and is coming later this month.

Other changes include a streamer safe music option, the option to forfeit a casual match, matchmaking bans for quitting casual games too many times, and new 2v2 and Extra Modes tournaments.

Rocket League is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
