Remedy’s Control goes gold
Control director Mikael Kasurinen revealed on Twitter that the upcoming action-adventure game has reached gold status.
When a game reaches gold status, it means that development is complete and the code has been sent to manufacturing to be mass produced.
The third-person action-adventure puts players in control of Jesse Fadens, who becomes the new director of the Federal Bureau of Control in New York after it is invaded by an otherworldly threat. Players must use Jesse’s supernatural abilities, work with other agents, and decode cryptic ciphers to regain control of the Bureau.
Control will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC from August 27th.
