PUBG’s 10.2 update introduces the Coupe RB and Reputation System
PUBG Corp. has outlined the new features and changes coming as part of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds 10.2 update.
The first big addition is the Reputation System. Under this new system, each player will be given a Reputation Level from 0-5 based on how they treat their teammates during matches. Reputation Level is displayed in the Team Finder and team member list and will gradually increase as players play matches without exhibiting toxic behavior. The following actions affect this level:
- Player’s reputation level will naturally increase through normal gameplay in Normal and Ranked Mode Battle Royale matches.
- Leaving matches repeatedly and failing to return may lead to your reputation level decreasing.
- Reports received for certain negative behavior (obstructing gameplay, verbal abuse, team killing, etc.) may lead to your reputation level decreasing.
- Being reported for the suspected use of cheats does not affect reputation level. With that said, reputation levels will be affected greatly after receiving actual bans.
Also coming in update 10.2 is the Coupe RB. This vintage sports car can be found on Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok and has a top speed of 150 km/h.
Other additions and changes include new stunt emotes when riding the Dirt Bike, livestream screens on Erangel and Miramar that will show live esports events, performance improvements, and new themed skins. Read the full patch notes here.
PUBG is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
