Alien: Isolation is free on PC
For the next 24 hours, PC players can visit the Epic Games Store and claim a free copy of Creative Assembly’s survival horror game Alien: Isolation.
The game is set 15 years after the events of Alien and follows the story of Amanda Ripley, the daughter of Ellen Ripley. Amanda learns that the flight recorder of her mother’s ship, the Nostromo, has been recovered by the remote trading station Sevastopol. However, upon her arrival, she discovers that something is wrong and an unknown creature is stalking the station’s halls.
Alien: Isolation will be free to download and keep from the Epic Games Store until 8 a.m. PT tomorrow. At which point the game will be replaced by another free title.
These free game giveaways are part of the Epic Games Store’s Holiday Sale. During the sale, players can pick up Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, GodFall, Watch Dogs: Legion, Red Dead Redemption 2, and more at a discount. A full list of discounted games can be found here.
