Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 now available on GOG
GOG has made three classic Metal Gear titles playable on modern PCs.
From today, PC owners can head on over to GOG and purchase the original Metal Gear, Metal Gear Solid, and Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance. The Substance version of Metal Gear Solid 2 features 350 VR missions, five Snake tales, new playable characters, and the Casting Theater and Boss Survival modes.
It should be noted that these are the original PC releases of Metal Gear Solid and its sequel and not the remasters released on other platforms.
In addition to the three Metal Gear games, GOG has released the Konami Collector’s Series: Castlevania and Contra. This collection includes Castlevania, Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest, Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse, Contra, and Super C.
